Freshness on arrival
if flowers arrive damaged or wilted, report the issue within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item; no fixed vase-life guarantee is offered.
Seasonal substitutions
Availability varies. Any material change to flower type, selected colour or arrangement needs customer approval. A proposed substitute should be of equal or greater value. If a suitable alternative is declined, the affected item can be cancelled.
Changes and cancellation
changes or cancellations are accepted before preparation begins. Once a personalised, perishable arrangement is prepared or dispatched, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. Faulty or incorrect deliveries remain eligible for review.
COD refunds
For a refund of a cash-on-delivery payment, customer service will confirm the amount, method and timing with you.
