Can I customise my bouquet?
Yes. Choose small, medium (+EGP 150) or large (+EGP 300), and a colour preference. Add a vase (+120), card (+35) or chocolates (+180).
Can the buyer and recipient be different people?
Yes. Enter buyer billing details, then use a different shipping address when needed. Recipient name and mobile are always requested.
Can I send a message?
Add up to 300 characters on the product or at checkout. A printed greeting card is a separate optional add-on.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. Agree who will pay before sending a surprise gift.
Is same-day delivery available?
Cairo and Giza before 2 pm, allowing two hours before your window starts. Alexandria is next day, other governorates after two days.
